Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Our Products

Horoscope Tomorrow sells virtual digital products — personalized astrological reports generated by artificial intelligence based on the birth details you provide at checkout. These include:

• 2026 Year Ahead Forecast
• Personal Birth Chart Report
• Love Compatibility Report
• Monthly Deep Dive
• Career & Finance Report

Each report is generated uniquely for you within minutes of purchase and delivered to the email address you provided. There is no physical product to return.

2. No-Refund Policy for Delivered Reports

Because our reports are custom-created digital goods that are immediately generated and delivered upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been generated and sent to your inbox. This is consistent with standard digital goods consumer protection frameworks (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions).

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

• Change of mind after the report has been generated
• Disagreement with the astrological interpretation or AI-generated content
• Failure to check your spam/promotions folder for the delivery email
• Entering incorrect birth details at checkout (please double-check before paying)
• Purchasing the same report more than once by mistake — contact us and we will cancel the duplicate before generation

3. When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind the quality of every report. If any of the following situations occur, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will regenerate or re-deliver your report at no extra cost:

• Non-delivery: You did not receive your report email after 30 minutes (check spam first)
• Corrupted content: The report arrived blank, truncated, or in a garbled format
• Wrong product: A different report was generated than the one you purchased
• Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same order
• Technical failure: A verified system error on our side prevented proper delivery

In these cases, our default resolution is to re-generate and re-deliver your report. Monetary refunds for technical failures are evaluated case by case and processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Report Delivery

After payment is confirmed by our payment provider (Creem):

1. Our system immediately begins generating your personalized report using AI.
2. The report is delivered to your email address — typically within 2–5 minutes.
3. The email is sent from noreply@horoscope-tomorrow.com. Add this address to your safe-senders list.
4. If you don't see it after 10 minutes, check your spam and promotions folders.

If you still cannot locate your report after following these steps, email us at support@horoscope-tomorrow.com with your order reference and we will resend it.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at support@horoscope-tomorrow.com. We respond within 1–2 business days and can usually resolve delivery issues faster than the chargeback process.

Fraudulent chargebacks for reports that were successfully delivered may result in account suspension and be reported to relevant fraud-prevention services.
